We adhere to a strict, multi-stage quality control protocol from RFQ to delivery:
1. Product Design Review:
We initiate every project with a detailed analysis of your 3D model, evaluating draft angles, wall thickness, structural integrity, and plastic flow.
We proactively communicate any recommendations to ensure design optimization.
2. DFM & Engineering:
We perform thorough mold flow analysis to determine the optimal gating and mold structure, preventing potential defects before manufacturing begins.
3. Precision Machining:
Utilizing high-precision equipment from brands like Taiwan QuickJet CNC and Sodick EDM, we execute critical manufacturing processes with utmost accuracy.
4. Comprehensive Mold Testing:
Each mold undergoes a minimum of three trial runs.
We rigorously verify mold structure, movement, and part quality, making continuous improvements until achieving flawless samples for customer approval.
5. Secure Packaging & Delivery:Upon sample approval, molds are meticulously cleaned, rust-proofed, and equipped with essential spare parts.
They are then wrapped in protective film and securely packed in wooden cases for safe global shipment.
